Crunchy Mango Salad Recipe-Mediterranean style

This is surely going to be a crowd-pleaser if you try making this salad next time you have guests over. It barely takes 15 minutes to put together, this awesome, fresh & gorgeous-looking salad.
This has all the beautiful colors, a variety of flavors, and a crunchy texture.
This has the best zing from chilies, that go well with sweet & ripe mangoes.
This is a summer favorite in our home. I hope you like this too. Since I have made this Mediterranean style, I have added, pomegranate arils, herbs, and good quality extra virgin olive oil.

Take a large bowl, add spinach, cucumber, bell pepper, mangoes, onion, pomegranate arils, mint & coriander leaves.

Add the seasoning, Salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes. Toss gently.

Now Add the honey, fresh lime juice, and extra virgin olive oil. Toss gently so that the seasoning is coated well. Taste test, if it needs more salt or pepper and add according to your taste.

Transfer the salad to a large serving dish, sprinkle the roasted pumpkin seeds and a little more chili flakes, pepper and serve
Note
- Toss the salad gently , careful to not mush the ripe mangoes.
- I have used chili flakes, you can choose red chili powder or Aleppo pepper.
- This salad stays fresh in the fridge in an air tight container for 2-3 days.
